A separate claim must be submitted for each qualifying unit purchased. Limit one claim per unit and maximum of 2 claims are allowed per household. Mastercard prepaid debit card offer recipient and the warranty registered customer name must match. Completed Mastercard prepaid debit card form must be submitted within 30 days from the date of sale. Promotion excludes ALL youth models under 350cc.
